The Entrepreneurial Soft Life Workshop Series

July 1 @ 9:00 am - July 15 @ 3:00 pm

$350.00 – $1,500.00

Are you a woman entrepreneur or small business owner who is busier than ever but short on stamina?  Do you feel pressured to make up for time lost as the world took a pause? Are you a woman desiring to turn your hobby or passion into a full-time business without draining your energy?  Does the desire to leave a legacy for your family sometimes feel like a burden rather than a privilege?

In this post-pandemic entrepreneurial culture, there is an even greater need to maintain work-life harmony.

Harmony or Balance?

If you could snap your fingers, how many times would you clone yourself?  One, two, or ten times?  Living the life of a “solopreneur” is not brag-worthy.  Community connection, pivoting, growth mindset, emotional intelligence – these are all necessary investments to keeping your sanity while growing a profitable business.

In this post-pandemic society, women entrepreneurs are reeling from being society’s shock absorbers of trauma, grief, heaviness, and disbelief while struggling to keep themselves from drowning.  Innately purpose and goal-driven, you are pressured internally and externally to make up for a lost time.  And your nervous system is screaming for a break from the expired hustle culture.

If the COVID-19 pandemic taught us anything, it should be that our professional and personal lives are interdependent. As an entrepreneur, your psychological well-being is directly related to business.  When faced with anxiety and depression, are you more prone to make risky decisions?  Or, do you tend to become stagnant and immobile, stuck in a state of analysis paralysis?  Achieving both balance and harmony helps you navigate the high demands of self-employment and business ownership.

Before the days of blurred time and space, work-life balance (an even distribution of time management) was readily recognized and accepted.  Leaving work problems and ideas at work at the end of a workday was conceptually achievable.  In a quarantined society, the separation of time and space became a thing of the past.  Even with top-notch coping skills (dedicated workspace, routines, communicating with family members, etc.) the side effect often felt anything but balanced.

This year, 2023, is the year of growth.  It’s time to reset and many entrepreneurs feel pressured to hit the ground running with little regard to how our minds and bodies are still reeling from the past two years.  Now more than ever, work-life harmony, is in high demand.  Creating a rhythm and flow makes easing into the new normal less frustrating.

The Struggle Is Real…But Not Necessary

Living a peaceful “soft” life (where professional goals and personal wellness align) is more than a day at the beach.  Are you a first-generation women entrepreneur? How do you live a life of luxury and wealth without the funds to do so?  Are you just plain exhausted trying to juggle life with the demands of running a business?

When you embarked on the life of an entrepreneur or small business owner, committing to riding the struggle bus was likely not what you imagined.  Inconsistent customers, struggling to price your services, or feeling constantly exhausted – that is NOT the business.  It doesn’t have to be this way.

Soft Life Tools

We are heading into the second half of 2023. Leaders, specifically women entrepreneurs and small business owners, are researching ways to increase customer and employee engagement without breaking the bank or running out of stamina and motivation. Contrary to what a quick Google search or TikTok video may tell you, the fix is more than simply returning to your “Why”. You need tangible, personalized solutions.

It starts with raising your EI (Emotional Intelligence), having a Growth Mindset, and Curating Care (personal wellness).

Living a soft entrepreneurial life starts with investing in yourself – mind, body, and soul. In this 3-Weekend Series, women entrepreneurs and micro business owners will be presented with business essentials for driving growth with a natural flow.

You will learn how to:

  • Lead with Emotional Intelligence
  • Manifest Abundant Living
  • Free Yourself from Competition
  • Claim Your Presence in the Room
  • Exude Quiet Confidence that Naturally Attracts Business
  • Ride the ebbs and flows of entrepreneurship and micro-business ownership
  • Melt into a guilt-free self-care zone.

Who Is This For?

This 3-weekend workshop series will benefit three groups:

  • Women-owned micro businesses concerned about keeping their employees engaged while growing a sustainable business.
  • Women entrepreneurs frustrated by inconsistent customers, pricing their services and products, or finding work-life harmony.
  • Aspiring entrepreneurs looking to make their great resignation less scary and more attainable.

We know you believe in your product and service. It’s time to get your customers to rock WITH and FOR you!  That’s how you achieve an entrepreneurial soft life.
